Thanks for the comment, and I’m with you. I’ve purchased many ebooks and only a select few were any fun to look at. It’s amazing how poor design can make something look cheap and like a waste of money, even if everything else about it is in order.

Good writing inside a beautiful ebook appears to make the writing even better. But good writing inside a lousy ebook seems like someone’s trying to pull a fast one on you.

An ebook should be appealing, both in great content and in good looks. You brought up some fantastic tips to help make an ebook stand out.

And hey – if you’re going to invest in an ebook, make it the best it can be for a better return on that investment. Seriously.
